Buyer's Side
Any registered user acting as a buyer may search for professionals, freelancers or mentors, review their profiles and may connect with them over website chat to discuss their requirements. A buyer is charged an introduction fee as a percentage of the amount of the seller service being purchased for and also for any additional payments made by the buyer for the seller service

Seller's Side
Any registered user acting as a seller may register as a professional, freelancer or mentor, and may respond to buyer's requests over website chat to discuss their services. A seller is charged an introduction fee depending upon the service and the amount of the seller service being purchased for and also for any additional payments made by the buyer for the seller service.

Cancellation fee
The cancellation of seller service made either by the buyer or the seller shall attract a fee of 5% of the paid seller service amount. This amount will be charged to cover the transaction fees, administrative and other charges.
Fees for obtaining a verified profile badge
A registered user may apply for a verified profile badge ( verified by ProMentorzGlobal) which is displayed on the user’s profile as “Verified with a blue tick”, by paying a non-refundable application fees of INR 5,000. After paying the fees and submitting the required documents the user profile is thoroughly vetted by our experts. A verified profile badge is awarded to a user profile only if the vetting process is completed satisfactorily. The application fees is non-refundable in the event that the user is denied a verified profile badge.
Fees for sponsored/featured profile
A registered user may pay us the requisite fees to feature their profile on the top of search results (sponsored profile) or on the website homepage (featured profile). The fees may vary on a case by case basis depending upon factors such as length of time, frequency and other factors. Sponsored profile service is provided only for the convenience of registered users and it is in no way an introduction, endorsement or recommendation by ProMentorzGlobal. Service fees
Service fees may be charged for user requests such as change of username. Such requests are subject to approval from us.
Arbitration fees
An arbitration fees of INR 500 or 5% of the dispute amount (whichever is higher) shall be applied in case any dispute is moved to arbitration. Either the Buyer or Seller may opt for moving the dispute from our dispute resolution service to paid arbitration after 7 days of filing the dispute. Both parties shall be required to deposit the arbitration fees submit evidence in support of their claims. The winner of the arbitration shall receive the refund of the fees.
Maintenance fees on inactive accounts
We may also charge a fees of Rs 500 per month on user accounts that have not been used for a certain period of time in order to cover costs associated with your account, including but not limited to, marketing your profile on the website, profile data storage and hosting, support, administrative, management and other associated costs.
