Refund Policy

At ProMentorzGlobal, we are committed to ensuring a seamless user experience with our platform and services. This refund policy must be read as part and parcel of the User Agreement, Privacy Policy and any other terms and conditions that are available on our website promentorz.com. Once a user (Buyer) enters into a “User Contract” with another user (Seller) with respect to a service(s) and purchases the desired service(s) on our website, the entire payment made by the Buyer is held in ProMentorzGlobal's operating account(s) maintained with financial institutions, and the said payment gets paid to the Seller only upon the completion of the “User Contract” and subsequent notification of the completion by the Buyer to ProMentorzGlobal by clicking on the “Approve Delivery” button. Refund shall be issued only if :- i) The Buyer is not able to establish contact with the Seller for three (3) working days after the execution of the User Contract and making the payment for the service(s), ii) The Seller is unable to fulfil the User Contract and the Seller requests the cancellation of the User Contract, iii) In certain extenuating circumstances such as website malfunction. No refunds shall be issued after the completion of the User Contract and subsequent notification of the same by the Buyer to ProMentorzGlobal by clicking on the “Approve Delivery” button.

Refund requests under extenuating circumstances

Refund requests made under extenuating circumstances should be sent by the user in writing over an email to support@promentorz.com clearly mentioning “Refund Request” in the subject line. Users shall provide their full name, contact details, User Contract details and clearly specify the issues encountered with our website or services which resulted in user dissatisfaction, in the aforementioned email. Any refund request sent by the user shall be looked into by our team and an incomplete refund request shall not be considered, and the user hereby agrees to not hold ProMentorzGlobal liable for any damages, injury or loss caused thereof. In case a refund request is deemed to be valid by ProMentorzGlobal, the refund shall be processed back to the original method of payment within 30 business days from the date of approval of such refund request. User's access to our website and services shall be terminated immediately upon approval of any refund request.

Exclusions

No refunds shall be issued in cases where the user has violated the User Agreement, Privacy Policy or any other terms and conditions.

Service package upgrade and downgrade

No requests for service package upgrade or downgrade shall be entertained in case the user (seller or buyer) submits a request since both the seller and buyer shall be bound by the User Contract. However, if it is necessary to upgrade or downgrade the service Package, the seller may cancel the order after receiving consent from the buyer, and the seller and buyer can subsequently enter into a new User Contract after carefully selecting the desired service.

Changes in refund policy

ProMentorzGlobal at its sole discretion may modify, amend or change this refund policy at any time without giving you any prior notice and such changes shall come into effect immediately after the revised policy is published on our website. Users are encouraged to visit our website from time to time to check for any updates to the refund policy.
