Dispute Resolution Process
This policy describes the dispute resolution process to be followed in case of any disputes related to payments between the Buyers and Seller. As a first approach, either party (buyer or seller) may request for a compensation amount from the other party and try to negotiate the dispute. Both parties shall present their respective claims and will have an opportunity to negotiate the dispute between themselves. Either party may choose to resolve the dispute through the dispute resolution process and both parties shall be notified in this case. ProMentorzGlobal team shall look into the dispute and the supporting evidence and shall resolve the case impartially. The verdict delivered by ProMentorzGlobal team shall be final and binding on both parties, and you hereby agree and acknowledge the same.
Guidelines for submitting evidence
If you choose to have ProMentorzGlobal team handle your case, you are strongly encouraged to provide all documents that support your claims related to the dispute which may include but is not limited to products, contracts, and files connected to the project and dispute. You consent to allowing them to review all communications on the website, as well as access, download, and test (if required) any programs, files or websites related to the dispute solely for the purpose of resolving the issue. Any email correspondence should clearly show from, to and date fields and must be submitted only as screenshots or *.eml files. Unedited screenshots for the entire communication clearly showing the date and sender/receiver details must be provided for any other external communications done on text messages, WhatsApp, Line, IM and other similar platforms. Any correspondence submitted in .txt, .doc, or other similar formats will not be accepted and will not be taken into account while passing the verdict on the dispute. All information submitted with respect to a dispute will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to anyone unless required by law.
Arbitration fees
An arbitration fees of INR 500 or 5% of the dispute amount (whichever is higher) shall be payable by each party if the dispute is moved to arbitration.
