Dispute Resolution Process

This policy describes the dispute resolution process to be followed in case of any disputes related to payments between the Buyers and Seller. As a first approach, either party (buyer or seller) may request for a compensation amount from the other party and try to negotiate the dispute. Both parties shall present their respective claims and will have an opportunity to negotiate the dispute between themselves. Either party may choose to resolve the dispute through the dispute resolution process and both parties shall be notified in this case. ProMentorzGlobal team shall look into the dispute and the supporting evidence and shall resolve the case impartially. The verdict delivered by ProMentorzGlobal team shall be final and binding on both parties, and you hereby agree and acknowledge the same.

Step 1:   In case the dispute cannot be negotiated by mutual discussions, either party may raise a dispute on a given user contract and pay the arbitration fees to ProMentorzGlobal and request for an arbitration on the dispute. The Buyer or Seller raising the dispute (complainant) shall provide i) The details of payment to be disputed; ii) Details of the desired resolution, that is, amount that the complainant is willing to pay (when acting as a Buyer) or is willing to receive (when acting as a Seller) for the project; iii) Details of the issue along with all supporting evidence in support of the claims; iv) An explanation as to why the dispute is being raised with ProMentorzGlobal iv) An explanation as to why the dispute is being raised with ProMentorzGlobal.
Step 2:   Once a dispute is registered, the buyer and seller shall respond to it within 7 days. In case either the buyer or seller does not respond within the stipulated time period then they will automatically lose the dispute and the funds shall be transferred to the other party. In case a mutual settlement is reached or dispute is cancelled by the complainant, the arbitration fees shall be refunded. Only the complainant is entitled to cancel the dispute.
Step 3:   Upon payment of arbitration fees by one party, the other party shall be given 7 days to pay the arbitration fees failing which the dispute will be closed in favour of the party who paid the arbitration fees. The parties can still negotiate the dispute between themselves until both parties have paid the arbitration fees. In case a mutual settlement is reached or dispute is cancelled by the complainant, the arbitration fees shall be refunded. Parties can also submit additional evidence in support of their claims. The dispute shall be resolved in an evidential manner based upon the evidence submitted by the parties and the evidence available to the ProMentorzGlobal team such as the user contract and communication between parties.
Step 4:   The dispute will now be arbitrated by ProMentorzGlobal team and all submitted evidence and any information provided shall be reviewed. A decision will be reached on the dispute within 4 days and will be communicated to both parties. The decision made by ProMentorzGlobal team shall be final and binding on both parties. The arbitration fee will be refunded to the party winning the dispute.
